We started Melio Prism because most organizational health tools ask the CEO what they think is going on, and stop there.
That model has a problem: the higher you sit in an org, the further you are from where the work actually happens. Strategy lives in the boardroom, but execution lives on the floor. The gap between those two views is where most of the interesting questions hide, and where most of the answers do, too.
What you'll find here
This blog will be a place for the things that don't fit inside a diagnostic report:
- Field notes from working with founder-led businesses going through tier transitions
- Archetype deep-dives that go beyond the one-pager descriptions
- Methodology posts about how we score, why we weight tiers the way we do, and where we've changed our minds
- Customer stories (with permission): what surprised them, what they did about it
A quick word on the framework
If you're new to Melio Prism: the platform measures organizational health across 10 dimensions, runs them through a 6-tier perception model, and surfaces the gap between what executives believe and what frontline workers experience. Out of that comes a primary archetype (one of 16) and a 90-day roadmap.
We'll be writing about all of these in more depth.
If there's something specific you'd like us to dig into, reply to any of our emails. We read everything.
